3.4 version install password is wrong

I have received a 3.4 version upgrade email in 2019-8-3. However， when I download the version from the link in email, the password is wrong. Can you check and resend me a password of my vmprotect 3.4 version to my mail？

finally I found the download link

The file(vmprotect_x64_1668ECA5-xxxxxxxxxx-6FBC256279E8.7z.run ) is still 3.3 version.
