A few months ago I received the update 3.5.1 in the email with the password, today I reseted my windows and when I try to install with the same password, says the password is incorrect...
I am having the same issue, my e-mail on the forums is the same as the e-mail I used to buy VMProtect.
The download link is the same in all e-mails I have received, however the provided password is different. I tried each password and the only password that worked was the password from the original e-mail from when I first bought VMProtect, which is an old version.
