Hello once again, and thank you for your response. Unfortunately, I’m unable to provide the email linked to the license at the moment. Our colleague, who handles this, is currently stationed on the frontline of the Ukraine-Russia conflict (he is from Russia). Before leaving, he told me:
"Here’s the VMProtect email. Please create a ticket and request the password to be resent because the one I received doesn’t work. Attach this screenshot to the ticket, and they should assist. When I return, I’ll implement better security for us. I just hope the cheat doesn’t get cracked while I’m away. See you soon."
He wasn’t able to provide any additional information. However, if you’d like, I can share a download link to the relevant files to assist with resolving the issue faster. We’d greatly appreciate your help in resolving this as soon as possible. Thank you again for your time and support!
