Wrong password

Hello,
I recently updated to the new version of VMProtect (3.9.3.2257). Unfortunately, the password provided in the email doesn’t seem to work. Perhaps there was an issue, or I missed something. It’s really important to resolve this as soon as possible since the release of my product is coming up soon.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance! Thank you in advance :D

Could you please send the correct password to this email? I will pass it along to our team member responsible for securing the loader.

Hello,
I hope this message finds you well. Our project currently has a valid license for your product, but unfortunately, the person in our team responsible for security, who also holds access to the license, is currently unavailable. As the administrator of the project, I was asked to handle this situation and request a new key, as the current one is not functioning.
We chose VMProtect over other solutions like Themida because it provides significantly better performance and reliability. Moreover, your team's expertise and the fast, professional support you offer make VMProtect the best choice for protecting our project.
Our release is scheduled in just one week. My colleague has provided a brief guide on how to apply the protection and assured me he will optimize the setup once he is back. For now, I need to move forward with the current setup to ensure we meet our deadlines.
I’ve attached a screenshot of the email correspondence with sensitive information redacted as requested. Could you please assist us by issuing a new key?

Hello once again, and thank you for your response. Unfortunately, I’m unable to provide the email linked to the license at the moment. Our colleague, who handles this, is currently stationed on the frontline of the Ukraine-Russia conflict (he is from Russia). Before leaving, he told me:
"Here’s the VMProtect email. Please create a ticket and request the password to be resent because the one I received doesn’t work. Attach this screenshot to the ticket, and they should assist. When I return, I’ll implement better security for us. I just hope the cheat doesn’t get cracked while I’m away. See you soon."
He wasn’t able to provide any additional information. However, if you’d like, I can share a download link to the relevant files to assist with resolving the issue faster. We’d greatly appreciate your help in resolving this as soon as possible. Thank you again for your time and support! 😊

P.S. Your second screenshot is a fake because 3.9.3.2557 has not been released yet.
