Upgrading and features

I'm currently using VMP Lite and really need some features of the other version, my question is the following:
I looked at the comparison chart and saw that the Ultimate version has additional licensing management and also Virtual Files, which I don't need, but is the rest of the functions exactly the same on Professional and Ultimate or does Ultimate still have some more in-depth functionality?

Depending on the features I would like to know how to upgrade to a better version, how is that possible?

Here is the simple comparing chart:
Ultimate = Professional + Licensing features + Virtual files
Professional = Lite + Console version + Expert mode (LUA scripting, File details, etc.)

Ah ok thanks, awesome, I would like to upgrade from Lite to Professional then, how is that possible?
